Financial Disclaimer
A plain statement of what this website is, what it sells, and what it categorically does not do.
Moss Paradox is not a casino. This website does not provide, host, operate, promote or facilitate gambling, betting, wagering, lotteries, sweepstakes or any other play-for-money activity. It does not accept deposits, does not hold customer funds, and does not pay out money, credits or prizes of any kind to any user. It is an editorial review site about free casual puzzle apps, and the only items sold here are written guides.

1. What this website is
Moss Paradox is an independent review blog covering casual match-3 and blast puzzle applications distributed free on Google Play. We write about how each game plays, what its power-ups do, where its difficulty spikes are and whether it is worth installing. Every review links to the official Google Play listing so readers can install the genuine app from the official store.
The commercial side of the site consists solely of PDF guides — one per game, plus a bundle — described on the Guides page. They are ordered through a request form and emailed to the buyer. No payment is processed on this website, and nothing other than PDF documents is sold here.
2. What this website is not
- It is not a casino and not an online gaming operator of any description.
- It does not offer gambling, betting or wagering and never will.
- It does not host any playable game. Screenshots on this site are static images used to illustrate reviews; they accept no input and produce no outcome.
- It does not accept deposits, hold balances, or operate any wallet or account system.
- It does not pay out money, credits, tokens, vouchers or prizes.
- It is not an affiliate of Google LLC or of any game publisher, and earns no commission from any link, install or in-app purchase.
3. About the games we review
Every application covered on this site is a casual entertainment puzzle game, free to install from Google Play, in which the player clears levels for points, stars and progression. None of them involves wagering, none pays out money or prizes of monetary value, and none is a gambling product. They contain optional in-app purchases, which are ordinary paid items sold through Google Play by their publishers — we flag these in every review, we have no involvement in them, and we receive nothing from them.
If you choose to spend money inside a third-party application, that is a matter between you, the publisher and Google Play. We recommend deciding a budget in advance and using Google Play's own purchase controls to enforce it.
4. No financial or investment advice
Nothing on this website is financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to spend money on any product or application. We are not a financial adviser and provide no financial service, so we are not licensed under the Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013 or the Financial Service Providers (Registration and Dispute Resolution) Act 2008. If you need financial advice, consult a licensed adviser in your jurisdiction.
5. No performance guarantee
Casual puzzle applications populate their boards using randomised distributions. No review, tip or guide can change that randomness or guarantee any result. Our material aims to reduce avoidable decision errors and explain how these systems work. It carries no promise of higher scores, faster progression or any other outcome.
6. Third-party names, screenshots and trade marks
Application names, publisher names, logos, icons and screenshots shown on this site belong to their respective owners and are used solely for identification, review and descriptive commentary. Moss Paradox is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or connected to Google LLC, King, Peak, Dream Games or any other company named in our articles. "Google Play" is a trade mark of Google LLC.
7. Accuracy of figures and mechanics
Ratings, review counts and install figures are quoted from the New Zealand Google Play store at the time of writing and change over time. Game mechanics are described as we observed them during our own play sessions; games are patched frequently and details may change without notice. The linked store listing is always the authoritative source. Tell us if something is out of date and it will be corrected.
8. Age
This website is written for adults aged 18 and over. The games themselves carry their own Google Play content ratings, shown on their store listings.
9. Healthy play
Casual puzzles are deliberately designed to keep you coming back, and we describe how that is achieved rather than pretending otherwise. If gaming or in-app spending is causing you difficulty, free and confidential support is available in New Zealand through nationally funded helplines and through your GP. Taking a break is always a reasonable move.
10. Contact
If anything on this site reads as though it contradicts this disclaimer, tell us and it will be corrected.
